BEACHES

Spain boasts more blue flag beaches than any other country in Europe. A 'blue flag' status beach meets stringent environmental, safety, and accessibility criteria, including the highest of water quality standards.

The beaches are best understood as 3 regions: Guardamar is closest, Torrevieja a  little to the South, and Elche a little to the North. You will find a variety of beach to suit your personal preference. Crystal clear water, sunbeds, beach bars (known as chiringuitos), beach-side restaurants, and every type of water sports imaginable.

We're sure the pictures below will whet your appetite for what's to explore!
